Home Design Services
The Wiese Company is passionate about design because we know that proper planning provides our clients with beautiful outcomes and smoother running projects that ultimately create better value. Whether you choose to leverage our in-house designers or already have plans, we can make your project run on time and on budget simply because we help you understand your projectís timeline and budget early enough to avoid a re-design or re-start.
The first part of any addition or new home is the planning of the space. This is where the structure can be designed to take advantage of architectural tenants, such as how the building makes you feel when you are outside of it, how the interior transitions from one place to the next and how well the space will work for your list of uses (from entertaining to homework) without feeling disproportionate. Start by making a list of your must haves for what you need your new space to do (along with your wish list) and then we can start by making some suggestions about how to make it all work.
If your project includes working remodeling a kitchen, the level of planning is raised to a whole new level. Kitchen Design should begin with a lot of questions about your life style. The National Kitchen and Bath Association have 31 guidelines for kitchen design used to make this space functional, safe and easy to use for everyone. Our designers understand the most important part of great kitchen design is you and your family. How you use your kitchen from entertaining to family cooking, homework and projects will influence the layout and materials that are right for you. Everything about your lifestyle will play a critical role in a successful kitchen design and we want your kitchen to work hard while it looks fantastic.
Bathroom design can be critical for a small powder room as well as a luxurious master bathroom. We understand that each bathroom has its own function in a house depending on the size of the home, the size of the family, and the needs of everyone living there. Today, we see the trends have more emphasis on storage, ergonomics and products that will provide our clients with less maintenance issues and of course, we want to make it beautiful along the way. The National Kitchen and Bath Association have 27 guidelines for bathroom design to make this space easier and safer to use.
