The Wiese Company was founded in 1992 by Ray Wiese. “Our mission has remained an integral part of what we want to provide to our family of customers” says Wiese, Founder and Chief Designer. Ray’s wife, Terry Wiese, joined the company in 2000 after a successful career as a COO in the technology industry. “Terry has always had a passion for home renovations” says Ray, “and a great sense for running our business efficiently and competitively-instituting many processes that the company relies on.”

Ray and his wife Terry Wiese have proven these processes are working by the many industry awards they have received from Remodeling Magazine, Qualified Remodelor Magazine, Professional Remodelor Magazine, Guild Quality and the National Association of the remodeling Industry where Ray served as Past President of the local Chapter and is the current Chair of the Ethics Committee.

Today, Terry has taken her passion for the kitchen and bath and opened Sherborn Kitchen and Bath, a beautiful showroom in downtown Sherborn that provides its customers with individual attention and beautiful products for the home.

The Wiese Company proudly employs quality and service minded individuals with extensive experience in the remodeling industry. We are a rare find in the industry because we don't sub-contract the majority of our services and have long term employees who are at our client's jobs throughout their project.
